Delete your MyInvestmentCalc account

What deletion means

Deleting your account permanently removes saved calculations and account information, except information we are legally required to retain.

Payment and transaction records may remain with our payment provider or in our records for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and security purposes.

Request deletion

Open Account, sign in again if requested, and use Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. Download any encrypted records you want to retain first. Deletion revokes access immediately, removes live account data, and queues a retry if the identity service is temporarily unavailable. No subscription or recurring charge is created during the prototype.

For help, send a request from your account email to privacy@myinvestmentcalc.com. We may need to verify your identity. Never send your login password, vault passphrase, recovery key or calculator contents.

Data on this device

Account deletion does not clear calculator inputs or preferences stored only in this browser. You can remove that information by clearing site data for myinvestmentcalc.com in your browser.
